Welcome to أكاديمية أٌمه for Quran, Arabic, and Islamic Studies ("The Academy" or "We"). By accessing or using our website, applications, or enrolling in any of our classes and courses, you expressly agree without limitation to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you are registering on behalf of a minor (under 18 years old), you as a parent or legal guardian assume full responsibility for their adherence to these terms, regular attendance, and supervision.

When creating an account on the platform (as a student, parent, or teacher), the following rules apply:

• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information (full name, email, WhatsApp number, age, and Quranic background).
• Credential Confidentiality: Users maintain sole responsibility for the confidentiality of login credentials and any activities under their accounts.
• Prohibition of Account Sharing: Selling, renting, or sharing accounts with outside parties or unregistered individuals is strictly prohibited.
• Security Notice: In case of suspected unauthorized access, you must notify technical support immediately to safeguard your account.

Academy services are provided via structured educational packages (session-based credits or periodic monthly plans):

• Pricing & Currencies: Package prices are clearly displayed on package pages and checkout in your local currency or USD.
• Approved Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards (Visa / MasterCard) and electronic wallets via secure encrypted gateways (Paymob and Stripe), as well as verified bank transfers.
• No Hidden Charges: We do not make automated deductions without explicit consent; students/parents receive timely reminders before package expiration.
• Credit Validity: Each educational package has an active validity period during which sessions must be completed to ensure study continuity.

To respect teacher and student schedules and uphold serious Quranic study, the following policies apply:

Your satisfaction is our priority. We provide a fair refund policy under the following terms:

• First 7 Days: You may request a full refund of unused sessions within the first 7 days of package purchase, minus consumed sessions and gateway processing fees.
• Free Trial Session: We offer a complimentary trial class before purchase to evaluate your level and ensure compatibility with your assigned instructor.
• Processing: Refund requests can be submitted via email or WhatsApp and are processed within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method.

Learning the Holy Quran is a sacred endeavor that demands respect, modesty, and Islamic manners:

• Mutual Respect: All interactions between students and teachers must be courteous, dignified, and professional.
• Modest Attire: Both instructors and students must observe modest, Islamic-compliant dress during live video sessions.
• No Unauthorized Off-Platform Contact: Personal phone numbers or private social media accounts must not be exchanged outside academy supervision to safeguard students and maintain service quality.
• Account Termination for Misconduct: The academy reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts involved in verbal abuse or inappropriate conduct without refund.

All materials displayed on the platform—including trademarks, recorded lectures, question banks, PDF curricula, and interactive assets—are the exclusive intellectual property of أكاديمية أٌمه and protected by copyright laws.

Recording audio or video of live classes or publishing them on social media (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) without prior written consent from the administration and instructor is strictly prohibited.

Quranic Ijazah is a religious trust connecting students through continuous narration to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ:

• Completion & Attendance Certificates: Awarded to students who achieve at least 85% attendance and successfully pass stage assessments.
• Sanad-Connected Ijazah: Granted solely upon completing full recitation from memory or reading with complete mastery of Tajweed rules and passing final examination before certified Sheikhs and the academic committee.
• Digital Verification: All official certificates include an encrypted digital verification QR/code accessible via the Certificate Verification Page.

We strive to maintain continuous high availability and server uptime. However, أكاديمية أٌمه cannot be held liable for disruptions resulting from local internet failures on the user's end, domestic power outages, or individual hardware malfunctions.

The academy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time to enhance educational quality. Significant updates will be communicated via email or platform announcements. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
